Double Header

Last nights double-header softball game was really tiring. I did okay, I guess. My mom said when I was last at bat that I would get 20 bucks if I hit it to the green, and I did! The first game we won 15-8 and the second we tied 14-14. The first game I pitched every inning and struck out 6 batters. A lot of people hit off me though because I pitch fast and when people hit it it goes far. The last game I was 1st base, shortstop, and the last 2 innings I was catcher. I thought I would hate it with all that gear on but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The really bad thing about it though is that the facemask is so sweaty. Nasty! When my family got home from the softball games we had cake for my dad's bday(double chocolate, which I made, YUM!) and opened presents. My present to my dad was the cake, because I couldn't think of anything else. Tonight I'm going to the Dixie Chicks concert in Detroit. I'm sooooooooo excited even though I don't really know them that well but I just love the concert atmosphere.
